​How Do I Place An Order?
You can either email your request or message via our facebook page to place an order
Payment and Shipping
Payment is made via bank transfer. Bank details will be given at the time of an order being placed. Shipping will be sent via 1st class Royal Mail. Current costs are between 96p-£1.27p. This may vary dependent on how many items are being delivered.

How long will my order take​
If we have the beads and charms in stock then your order will be started as soon as payment is received. If for any reason there is a delay then you will be advised of a current wait time.

Returns & Refunds
A refund will only be given if the item arrives faulty. With each item delivered a care sheet will be provided. Due to this being costume jewellery then care needs to be given when being worn.
